1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and soju808 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://soju808.cam and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms must be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and soju808.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on soju808, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. soju808 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino-style gaming and sports betting services.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a Prohibited User as defined in Section 2 of these Terms.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by soju808 for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or close family member of any employee of soju808 or any related entity.
• You are acting in good faith and not for the purpose of exploiting promotional offers, testing systems, or engaging in any form of collusion or fraud.
• All information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each User may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether identified through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment instruments, or identity documents — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify soju808 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. soju808 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

soju808 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You acknowledge that any activity carried out using your login credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you, unless and until you have notified us of any suspected unauthorised access.

Accounts must be registered under your legal name. Pseudonyms or names belonging to other individuals are not permitted. soju808 reserves the right to require identity documentation (such as a Malaysian identity card, passport, or utility bill) at any point as part of our KYC procedures.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

soju808 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels currently available to Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost
• GrabPay
• DuitNow (including QR and bank transfer)
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions)
• Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit cards)
• Cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT — subject to a conversion rate applied at the time of deposit)

All deposits are credited in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. soju808 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges.

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds belong to you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. soju808 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposit transactions.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. soju808 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 15 to 60 minutes of submission during normal operating hours, though processing times may extend in cases requiring enhanced verification.

Before your first withdrawal, soju808 will require completion of KYC verification. You will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport)
• Proof of address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the relevant wagering requirement has been met in full. The withdrawal of real-money deposits is not subject to wagering requirements.

soju808 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation. Any confirmed breach may result in forfeiture of the relevant funds.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

soju808 offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be stated clearly at the time the promotion is presented to you. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified account holders only and are not transferable.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per household, IP address, or payment instrument unless otherwise specified.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• soju808 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses have defined validity periods. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are not used within the stated validity period will be removed from your Account.
• If a bonus is claimed in breach of these Terms (including through duplicate accounts), soju808 may void the bonus and any winnings associated with it.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the soju808 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, and other interactive gaming formats — are governed by their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

soju808 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for applicable games, independently tested by third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studio environments.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round (including server failures, disconnection events, or software errors), soju808 reserves the right to declare the affected round void and return the relevant wager amount to the affected player's Account. This is the sole remedy available for technical malfunction events.

Sports betting markets are subject to results verification and may be suspended or voided if an event is cancelled, abandoned, or if irregularities are detected. Live in-play odds are subject to change without notice. Bets accepted at a demonstrably incorrect price due to a pricing error may be voided at soju808's reasonable discretion.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the soju808 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating multiple Accounts or registering under a false identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or other software to interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's software to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated betting with other players.
• Structuring deposits or withdrawals in a manner designed to evade anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Placing wagers on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Attempting to "bonus hunt" across multiple promotional offers in bad faith, including through coordinated use of multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or adversely affects the experience of other players.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

soju808 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, or evidence that the account holder is a Prohibited User.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money Balance (net of pending withdrawal requests and subject to completed KYC) will be returned to you via your most recently used verified payment method.

Accounts closed under our self-exclusion programme (see Section 13) are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and may not be reopened during that period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to register a new account during any active exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content available on the soju808 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, photographs, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to soju808 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content, including scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of information, is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soju808 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses suffered as a direct result of gambling, including wagers lost on games or sports markets.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including banks and e-wallet services.
• Unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by soju808 in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including account suspension pending investigation.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit soju808's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our aggregate liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

soju808 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide the following tools to all registered players at no charge, accessible through your Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts when you have been logged into the Platform for a specified period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary breaks from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which your Account will be inactive.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which soju808 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to soju808's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, you must contact our support team in writing via the email address listed in Section 16 below, providing full details of the nature of the dispute. soju808 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 Working Days and aim to resolve it within 28 days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by our licensing authority. soju808 will cooperate with any such process in good faith.

Nothing in this section shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.

15 Amendments to These Terms

soju808 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 10.
